This curriculum focuses on the "Lean Startup" methodology—teaching students how to test business ideas with minimal resources before scaling. Job Creation ("Good Jobs" Initiative): Balloon Ventures works with the college to identify high-potential graduates and local SMEs that can provide "Good Jobs." In this context, a "Good Job" is defined as one that is safe, pays a living wage, and provides a formal contract. Business Support & Financing: African Ark College who start their own enterprises, the partnership provides a pathway to access seed funding and micro-loans (typically ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 for growing businesses) coupled with intensive 1-on-1 management coaching. The organisation will support asset financing inform of classrooms,laboratories,hostiles and other resource rooms for the college.
